It will not be sufficient to replace the toolchain's system in the first iteration though. We do not have the same use case, and so don't store all of the needed information for the tracking that the toolchain team does. We were planning on having a system that worked much like the toolchain's system available for anyone, but then we were told to build something based around [email protected], which isn't anywhere in the toolchain team's current workflow.
