We could mark the roadmap card complete upon submission to upstream (to simplify the TSC end) but keep the BP open in an "upstreaming" milestone. When something is accepted upstream we would move the BP off the upstreaming milestone and onto the current monthly milestone (and change status to implemented) to reflect full completion. What do you think?
