Just got an update from Zen. The problem is at the C+W POP that is causing 
widespread problems in the area, not just for us. Some box in there just isn't 
passing packets through. They tried a remote reboot but that didn't fix it.

An engineer has been dispatched to the site, and they've promised to update me 
during the day.
