Anyone here do much with faxing in Linux? I installed the efax program, and it works amazingly well -- "fax send <number> <document>" from the command line to send a fax; the document can be text, postscript or g3tiff (in the case of the first two it will convert it for you). I must be easily amused, but this is nifty! Receiving is just as easy, though I haven't yet figured out an easy way to set it so it's in receive mode all the time while not interfering with ppp when I want to go online...another program, mgetty-fax, will supposedly do this also but I love the simplicity of efax... email [EMAIL PROTECTED] Copyright (c) 1997 Michael Stutz; this information is <http://dsl.org/m/> free and may be reproduced under GNU GPL, and as long as this sentence remains; it comes with absolutely NO WARRANTY; for details see <http://dsl.org/copyleft/>.
