Actually the recent 2.1.x kernels have support for qcam's
(only b/w i think) and some other video capture hardware...
I'm not sure if there any apps that can talk to that yet...
And ofcourse there are the standard 'nv' ( = cuseeme for unux, not
100% compatible ) support for qcam...
