I am on a semi-private list where all posts are copyleft by
convention, but it works because it is something that all list members
specifically want to do; I would think it would be difficult to _make_
someone else put a copyright license on their posts or other work --
but if you have substantial notice in your subscription info and list
policy areas and subscribing members agree to & are aware of this
license policy, it would be possible to have a list where all members
are willing to release their posts under a given license or other
terms.
