We had a terrible experience with Uber. We called a day ahead to order a ride from Lincoln to the airport. At 6 am the following morning we were standing in our driveway with our luggage and no ride showed up. We called and got a rude answer that somehow it was our fault for reserving the ride too soon (or somesuch) and they had no one available to pick up up. Luckily we got a taxi to come from Lexington and made our flight on time. At twice the price, of course. No more Uber for me!
