Single cup pour over, paper filter or Chemex for multiple cups. Get a good burr grinder and read up a bit on optimal weight of coffee and water temperatures if you want the deep dive.
Better by a long shot for the environment than a Keurig, great compost for roses and tomatoes, and a fresh cup(s) every single time. Yes you have to boil a kettle but the convenience factor is still quite reasonable.
