Arthur, If you are replacing your completed HVAC system (heating and cooling), you may want to consider shifting to a geothermal system so you can shift away from fossil fuels. I've had a number of discussions with https://dandelionenergy.com, which is actually a spin-out of Google! Unlike geothermal in the past, they have new modern mechanisms to drill deep and not significantly disturb your landscape.
