Interesting topic that goes unnoticed. I think there is a lot of low hanging fruit to make improvement. For example, my multi family unit runs dozens of carport lights all night long. You can’t switch them off. Perhaps at one time everyone worked third shift. But now, everyone has a flashlight on their smart phone should they be out at 3 am. Since we have streetlights in all the open parking areas it seems unnecessary!
