If you would like a Japanese restaurant with some Lincoln roots, Chris Chung, the chef at Momi Nonmi <http://www.mominonmi.com/> in Cambridge, was the Chef at Lincoln's Aka Bistro. Before that he was the sushi chef at Uni, Clio's sushi bar.
It's a small restaurant and with COVID they have very limited seating, do mostly takeout, and seem to be limiting their menu to their top end (expensive) offerings. I assume that when restaurant life returns to normal they will resume their not quite as expensive normal menus (as opposed to $165+ omakase meals). The restaurant also has a good sake selection. I would consider it more of a special occasion place rather than a regular stop: it's not close, it's expensive, but they carry very fresh items from Japan and elsewhere and have unusual, creative dishes.
