OH that reminds me - I actually saw Chris a few weeks ago picking up a
special dinner and he wanted to say hello to everyone in Lincoln.

You can see many of his special menus by following Momi Nonmi and Sekali on
Instagram.  Sekali is a cool Indonesia place that Chris collaborates on
pop-up menus with.

Also, it was pre-COVID, but I know he is still there - Christian, Chris'
very friendly French partner at AKA runs the Hourly Oyster in Cambridge,
and seemed to be doing well.
