I have previously recommended Windriver Environmental in Marlborough for septic services. We have used them for many years, and they have always been reliable, competent, and reasonably priced. However, that was not the case with the most recent tank pumping.
They did not show up for two consecutive appointments to pump the tank. After several phone calls, they did show up the third time-to the wrong location. Judging by the photos in their report, they pumped a tank at the buildings behind us. When I notified them of this fact, they said a supervisor would call. That never happened. After several more calls to them, I was finally able to get them to come and pump our tank. I don't know what their problem is, but it's too bad. We won't be using them again. Mark
