I had a very similar experience in 2020 with Wind River. Missed 3 dates, wrong address, wrong plans, sent a pump truck to fix a broken supply pipe. The driver was embarrassed- as he said this happens a lot. I researched a bit and switched to Fairbanks Septic in Sudbury. Jonathan Fairbanks is the owner - operator and he takes great pride in his company’s performance.
