Thank you to Christopher Eliot for pointing out the missing times for the July
4th events - the information is in the hard-copy brochure we all received in
the mail - but the Town website doesn’t list the times. We are sorry for any
confusion. Here is what the brochure says:
July 4th
7:45 - 8:15am Check in at Town Offices for Firecracker Run - Register online -
Race Time: 8:30 am
10 am children’s Bike Parade - Starts on Upland Field Road - goes to Town
Offices and back
10:30 Declaration of Independence - reading - Town Offices
10:40 Parade - Leaving from Ballfield Road (The band this year is: JONDA)
11:30 - 1 Boy Scouts Hosted Cook Out - Pierce House
12 - 5 Town Wide Swim at Codman Pool
Apologies to all for that and for my saying the Parade starts at 10 -
