Hi. Not any change in water use, just this most  serious condition. Its not
a "normal" drought condition.

 People can take responsibilty of finding out a loosening of conditions or
finding out less serious driughts by reading signs

This is a serious condition for our environment and we need to take care of
it..

We can, of course, differ on how to publicize this.

I am fine with a postcard or flyer.  I am seeing people still watering
their lawns2x a week. And they may just not know.

Many many people are not on LT or the Squirrel, who may not frequent
Lincoln Rd to see signs. We all need to know.
