I estimate that there are at least twenty notaries in Lincoln willing to help our neighbors. The Town Offices have a few, organized at the Town Clerk’s office, and Abby is at COA at Bemis Hall.
Most of the rest of us are willing to meet at mutual convenience , even outside of normal business hours. We really should maintain a comprehensive list somewhere.
