Come to the Town Offices this afternoon when we'll be introducing one our
most special archival treasures!

Friday, February 3

4:00-5:30 pm, Town Offices, 1st floor

*Unveiling of Historic Adams Sampler*

The Lincoln Town Archives and Lincoln Historical Society invite you to be
among the first modern-day Lincolnites to view up close the exquisite
handiwork “wrought in Lincoln” by 13-year-old Sophia Adams in 1826. This
fine example of a genealogical sampler was gifted to the town by the family
of Richard Adams Williams; its preservation was generously supported by
Lincoln taxpayers through Community Preservation Act (CPA) funds. Light
refreshments. Free.
