Our cat was very effective for our son when he lived in an apartment in Boston…we loaned her to him — Now we have at least one milk snake in our basement (it showed up…I hadn’t thought of bringing it in) and it does a nice job. Doesn’t always work. My cat derived great pleasure sitting and watching the mice scamper about…never ever touched one…never ever tried. Sent from my iPad Charlie would be happy to volunteer. He works for cheese.
I’m surprised that no one has offered the obvious solution – get a cat!

Thank you to all who replied -- Mice are clearly a common problem in Lincoln.😁 Here's a
summary of the recommendations so far. I would note that it is a bigger problem to find someone who has time to help than it is to find someone who does a good job. Will let you know the outcome.
