Following up on the excellent presentation on the Housing Choice Act at the 
SOTT, we are in agreement with Sara that we need to discuss additional options 
that have been proposed by residents. For instance, we would like to see an 
option where the Codman Road single-family properties are not included (green 
area on the map) and move some of that zoning to North Lincoln if needed. The 
statement that this land is unlikely to be developed due to wetlands and other 
restrictions needs to be more convincing. 

Is there a reason to limit ourselves to three scenarios if more possibilities 
exist for minimal compliance with the HCA?
