Mr Chang is a wonderful person and honest as the day is long! I recently had him replace a zipper in a pair of jeans and he was apologizing for the cost!!!! It is what it is. Since his move down the alley his business is NOT as robust as it was when he was on the corner! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Best, Bernadette
