Dear friends, I recommend that you convert to a natural gas boiler, it is cleaner, quieter and neater. It may cost about 15k but you will be happy with the conversion. I hear about heat-pumps, but have not studied. Make the change in technology for a healthier planet. Best regards, Bijoy Misra
