Hi Lincoln Talk folks -

My husband is offering 5 pieces of exotic hardwood that he inherited a number
of years ago from his late father's workshop. The pieces are sized to be turned
on a lathe and all appear to be of the same species. The species is not known
but the current specific gravity is calculated to be 0.808. They are quite
dense. Two of the pieces are 2" square and roughly 11" long and the other three
are 1.5" square and roughly 18" long. A 24" L-square is shown in the photo as a
size reference.

If you are new to working with exotic hardwoods, please take proper dust
exposure precautions.
