The pieces are sized to be turned on a lathe and all appear to be of the same species. The species is not known but the current specific gravity is calculated to be 0.808. They are quite dense. Two of the pieces are 2" square and roughly 11" long and the other three are 1.5" square and roughly 18" long. A 24" L-square is shown in the photo as a size reference.
