Dear Neighbors,
As a follow up to the emotional yet slanderous review posted yesterday about a pet sitter, I wonder if there is a protocol on LT to protect gig workers from this sort of attack? Gig workers are not professionals as someone suggested. They do not have insurance and typically do not ask for a deposit when agreeing to set aside time for the requested task. They are at the whim of the individuals who request their services which could be cancelled without compensation . Posting reviews without sorted details seems more neighborly. By all means include your contact info if willing to take the time to give another neighbor a review of your experience . Neighbors what do you think?
