It doesn't get better than Singing Eagle Lodge for girls. Both of my daughters attended for years, from campers to counselors along with other Lincoln girls. Like Margit said the friends they met at the lodge are some of their closest.
If not the oldest Girls Camp in America it's one of them. The Traditions are legendary. All past campers and counselors were invited for a weekend hundredth anniversary celebration this past august. The camp is split into two teams for competition and you remain on the same team for your tenure and siblings are also placed on the same team. A lot of Native Indian themes and the girls come out with great confidence. It's mostly Legacy but the Legacy has to start somewhere...
