Just to clarify a statement from Margaret Olson that "this is not a zoning by-law change." Actually, it is a zoning by-law change. The proposal requires a change to the Town Zoning Map and the Zoning Map is part of the Zoning By-Law (see Section 2 of the ZBL). The proposal seeks to place parcels of land within the North Lincoln Overlay District. The parcels are not in that district now. The motion offered at Town Meeting should include language that clearly describes the change.
