And many tiny homes are prefab so much less construction Nightmare Amazon sells a tiny house for $40k Now that is affordable housing even with land costs and the HOA fees would be spread over more families More homes for lower income or retirees and much much more affordable Yes the Amazon tiny house has lots of issues but tiny homes are the future I could happily swap my big home for one of those!
