I said in my email that the Amazon on line order tiny house would have lots of issues. But imagine if you put two together for just $80,000? I am tired of being asked to vote in this town on critical Issues with inadequate or incorrect information How can we not have accurate info on the wetlands? I had to hire a wetland expert to walk and mark my entire property and submit drawings to the town before I was given permission to remove bittersweet and buckthorn from the woods near a swamp and a stream that goes dry in the summer I am shocked that This project is going for final approval at town meeting for payment of almost a million in taxpayer dollars (yes earmarked for conservation which is great but should still be spent wisely) and we don’t know how much of the almost $1 million conservation parcel is wetland? They should have hired my wetland expert - great smart guy- to do for these parcels what I had to do on mine merely to remove invasive species And fyi I didn’t object to hiring him - several thousand dollars worth- because I treasure our woods and swamps! If anyone has a licensed expert’s current map of the wetlands and buffers (both federal and state requirements) on the proposed $1 million parcel please share it with us. Otherwise how can i make an informed decision and do anything but vote no?
