We're growing increasingly dissatisfied with Comcast's customer service. Supposedly EarthLink services Lincoln. If you use EarthLink (or any other Internet provider besides Verizon or Comcast), can you please give us your recommendations? We just completed an underground electrical project and there is conduit waiting for either cable or fiber, so we're looking for a quality provider that also has excellent (we'd even settle for decent) customer service.
