That will require me going back in, which I will do. I will also ID what I see as leading .  I can remember, of the top of my head-“…if expense were no object….” That jumped out as obvious.  In the public sector that had created momentum for projects and I don’t believe it to be responsible…just an old- timers opinion, and battle scars to show where those have gotten me
