Our client has decided to go with Flash Video instead of QuickTime--licensing issues.
We're trying to decide whether to go with streaming or progressive download. I think they're leaning pretty strongly towards progressive dl, because it's cheaper. What issues will I face using progressive dl? I don't think you can play a Flash video in that format directly in Director, can you? I _think_ you can only do streaming directly form Director. Please correct me if I'm wrong. One option we're looking at is embedding the video in a Flash movie, playing the SWF from within Director. Does that work? Broadband connection is required for this product. Anything else I'm overlooking?
