if the only script you need is the membernum = membernum + 1 that you
mentioned, using another loop for the flapping as mentioned by the other
replies would definitetely be the best way.
however, if you really need "filmloops plus scripts", lookup "LDM"
(linked director movie) in the documentation (in short: save your loop
with scripts as self-contained movie, import it as "linked" to your main
movie and activate "use scripts" in the new castmember's options dialog)
