I think the only standard size is that which matches the thumbnails in
the Behavior Libraries. I think thats 21 X 21 pixels off memory. There
is some scaling involved with your cast preferences, and the dimensions
of the source image. All of which play into the quality of the thumbnail
image. A good way to start is to copy a Behavior Lib thumbnail then
paste it into the Paint window. That will give you the most suitable
dimension.
