And, at the same time, how many of you are using flash video in real project? :)
I converted some old movies, many of which used external QuickTime on a demo CD-ROM. For the web version I harshly JPEG compressed a lot of the graphics, and converted the QuickTimes into tolerable quality Flash video. The overall results are good, and the files are a lot smaller than the original uncompressed DIRs and external QuickTimes.

I programmed nine of the CD-ROMs shown, and worked a lot on three others. The "This Is Spinal Tap" one has the most Flash video clips in it.
