I have switched from using standard cue points in a QT file to using the MPEG Advance Xtra from tabuleiro.com and found it to save so much time and frustration I would never go back! Cue points are made and edited so fast. And you never have to muck around with a video file you are happy with. Also, it's cross-platform capabilities make it so useful and worry-free. You can develop and test on Mac or Windows and bounce back and forth with ease. Worth every penny!
