And, yes I know 818x694 is an odd size (but it had nothing to do with my masking problems).

-notice if you turn off the audio ("play every frame") the mask will work fine.
I'm still not 100% convinced the client will be willing to use QuickTime- in which case I'll have to re-render them all as AVI's and use something like Penwork's VideoSprite. Has anybody used this xtra? Performance compared to QT when masked?
