i don't know what your complaints were about,
but i'm very happy with very specific support i got on a number of issues.
and even to have a member the support team telling me that i can email him/her directly
if i'm stuck with certain issues...
no lack of support for me so far...except maybe from for the community sometimes...
so, sorry: i don't agree with you
