I'm building a composite image with IL--taking the image of several
sprite members and trying to build an image as it would appear on stage.
In this case, a bunch of balloons, some overlapping.

The images are 32-bit with an 8-bit alpha, set to use alpha, and their
sprites are background transparent on stage.

When I build the image with IL, though, the images are all square--I'm
not dealing with the alpha right. I suspect it's an ink issue, but I
don't know which one to use.

I'm getting the image of the members one by one, calculating their
position, then writing them with this:

destImage.copyPixels (sprite(sptNum).member.image, destRect,
sprite(sptNum).member.rect, [#ink: 36])

Is it an ink issue? If so, which ink should I use?

Cordially,

Kerry Thompson
