Hmmm, we've switched blog URL's so the new one to use is: http://weblogs.macromedia.com/thiggins/ But the old URL (the markme.com one) should auto-forward to the new one and it does on my end. If folks out there are not seeing that behavior then please let me know so I can look into having that fixed, thanks. > ...but in the mean while i found-out Buddy-API can just do that... > so problem is solved For my own knowledge did setting the windowType to a 1-bit bitmap (Director MX and earlier) or using the new display template properties somehow fail you in creating non-rectangular window? If you're going full screen and that resolution may change then you'll have to build/adjust your mask on the fly to the appropriate size, but it should all be possible. Sorry to bring this back from the dead but I'm just now back from a week off and am following up on loose ends. :) Cheers, Tom Higgins - Technical Product Manager Macromedia Director and the Shockwave Player http://www.markme.com/thiggins/ [To remove yourself from this list, or to change to digest mode, go to http://www.penworks.com/lingo-l.cgi To post messages to the list, email lingo-l@penworks.com (Problems, email [EMAIL PROTECTED]).
