I use fileXtra4 a lot, no issues. I don't use MIAWs, though, so that
certainly sounds like a contributing factor. It sounds like a memory
leak to me (given the spottiness of the problem, and since it's
platform specific), but I'm just guessing. I guess I'd take a harder
look at the MIAWs than at your main code, and see if there's anything
in there that might contribute to a leak. And also at how you're
disposing of MIAWs, if you are in fact respawning them a lot.

The one third-party Xtra I can think of that gets called during at
least some of the crash times would be FileXtra4. Anyone have specific
problems with this Xtra on Win98?
