I think it was particularly the lack of information on hardware
compatibility / supported drives that led me to this assumption. I'll
do some tests.
Actually we have had very few reports of problems with the Xtra. All
items on the forums (as far as I know) have been resolved. I will
have our tech support staff clear out any old items so there is no
confusion on what issues are still open. :)
