It really is based on Windows core drivers. If the OS sees the burner,
so should Firefly. There is an optional DLL that works as well if you
need to bypass Windows and allow the core system to handle that part of
the burn itself.

Actually we have had very few reports of problems with the Xtra. All
items on the forums (as far as I know) have been resolved. I will
have our tech support staff clear out any old items so there is no
confusion on what issues are still open. :)
