Instead of doing what you are doing in a prepareFrame handler, try doing it in the on beginSprite handler instead.

Back again. I've got the project with the Custom Scrollbar behaviour pretty much nailed except for one error.

The first time a castmember with the behaviour attached is displayed the text flows down right out of the boittom of the bounding box - somewhat ruining the clean elegant lines of the interface :-)

The second time and thereafter, all is well and the text box behaves as it should.

Not quite sure why this is happening. On prepare frame I'm manually setting the properties of the text box to fixed using...

  sprite("ScrollingMember").member.boxType = #fixed

Also I've manually set the height and width.

Any clues?
