I see that you are referring to the Windows dlls...are the complaints coming from Windows users, or is it possible they are Mac users?

-Daniel

I've just had word from a few people testing a project that they're getting the "need Shockwave" message when trying to run my projector.

I've been doing fast-start projectors for years but for some reason I'm getting this a lot with MX 2004 projects.

I have the following in my xtras folder:
Dirapi.dll (version 10.1.1.16)
Iml32.dll (version 10.1.1.16)
msvcrt.dll (version 6.0.8337.0)
Proj.dll (version 10.1.0.11)

in addition to the Xtras I need.

This is everything right? Am I having a daft moment and forgetting stuff? Does Director 10.1.1 do things differently now (at least I think it's 10.1.1 - I have the Flash 8 Asset now)?
