I use MX2004 fast start projectors for all of our projects and none of our customers have reported this problem. This problem indicates to me that the .dlls and the fast start projector aren't from the same version of Director. Are the .dlls in the Director Configuration folder the same as these you mention? Did you use this current version of Director to create the fast start projector?

By the way, when did 10.1.1 come out? I'm still on 10.1.0.11. All of the .dlls you mention (except msvcrt.dll, which matches the number you wrote) are 10.1.0.11 in my Director Configuration.

With Mac OSX fast start projectors, the Xtras need to be at the same level as the projector, not in an Xtras folder. Standard projectors won't work in OSX package apps, so I always use fast start on Mac as well.

Regards,

Daniel

Hi Cole:
The test machines so far have been WinXP SP2

Hi Daniel
As above, I'm getting this problem on Windows XP, although I've _never_ been able to get a fast-start projector working on a Mac so I'm in the habit of creating Standard projectors with excluded xtras (happy medium I guess).

I will be trying on Windows 2000 a bit later
