You should subscribe to MSDN, at least professional version, and get the 
international packs.  This will give you access to Windows  operating 
system in every language they support.

Then you should get Norton Ghost so that you can switch to whatever system 
in whatever configuration you want at any time.

Plus, get a keyboard listing, as the keyboards reassign depending on language.

We do Picture CD which is released in English, German, Italian, French, 
Spanish, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Portuguese, 
and probably others.  Internationalizing and localizing is a huge subject, 
outside the scope of Lingo-L, but let's just say it's a lot easier if you 
work it in from the beginning rather than try to retrofit your product later.

Also, many translation companies will take your Director project and 
translate it, if you prefer to go that route.
