Oh good gods. Take the video rate down to 15 FPS and digitize it at 
perhaps 320 by 240, programmed to play back double size. You'll get 
something not totally god-awful, but considerably smaller.

A tip: Don't digitize the entire video when you are doing tests for 
framerates and so on. You only need about 10 to 15 seconds to 
determine if the entire file is going to work or look terrible.
