Either on the CD or the packaging, sure -- for instance most discs 
have some kind of insert cover sheet that goes into the lid on the 
jewel box. The backside of that sheet is a great place to put all the 
legalese stuff, disclaimers, and install instructions.

That's interesting -- they feel a little differently in my neck of 
the woods. Perhaps it's something in the water? ;)
