You probably need to make sure the Flash sprite is actually there 
before you try to tellTarget it. Is this framescript in a 
higher-numbered or lower-numbered channel than the Flash sprite?

That is, is this in channel 1, or in the script channel, by any 
chance? If so, try putting it onto a sprite in a lower channel than 
the Flash, such as 3 or 4 or whatever.
